Job Description

Document control for all relevant company documents (Dubai and Sharjah) including vehicle register and licenses, contracts with suppliers and rental agreements among others. Should keep a log and tracker to follow-up and take responsibility on renewal for each.
Prepare all reports related to daily activities of Get Quick International, including shipment, shopping – while keeping a record of each and sharing this report as required.
Perform courtesy and follow-up with both customers and suppliers to obtain any feedback and better the relationship with Get Quick International
Initiate and execute payroll management for Dubai office monthly for all staff.
Create and customize holiday packages for potential and visiting customers to Dubai by offering options such as hotel booking, airport pickup and drop off, excursions and tours, visa advisory for processing and any other requests.
Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business director and employees.
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, creates agendas and takes meeting notes.
Handles day to day office expenses including authorized staff payment requests.
Answer’s phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents memos, presentations, reports when required.
Maintains stock and office supplies as needed (related to packaging mostly). Also ensure that maintenance of any office equipment is done as required or replacement if damaged.
Coordinating and managing appointments, for visitors to Get Quick International offices
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking for the Dubai Office
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
